What is your area of expertise?
We offer event planning, design, and coordination for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, showers, dinner parties, corporate events, and fundraisers.
What services do you offer?
We offer four different packages. Our full service package is going to cover everything from pre-planning meetings, decor, venue scouting, catering, day of vendor and event coordination. The second package would be for someone looking for full event creation and coordination but does not need someone there during the actual event. Our third package would be only for the design and decor of the event. Our last package is for someone looking for day of event coordination.
Why do I need an event planner?
Our lives are very busy and while you may think you have the time to coordinate an event, it can be very overwhelming. That is when Najma Events comes in and makes the process as easy as possible. We will take care of every aspect of the event, so you will not have to do anything except show up to party!
What is the difference between event design and event planning?
Our event design will come up with the general theme and decor for your event but we do not coordinate the venue, catering, entertainment. Event planning takes care of every aspect of the event, finding you the space to hold the event, as well as the best vendors to use.
What are your fees?
Depending on what your budget we have different options for our clients. Normally, we charge a one time depending on the type of coordination you are looking for.
